1. Introduction

This NFT Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase, sale, transfer, and ownership of non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”) on the Mintoryn platform.

By purchasing an NFT through our marketplace, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Ownership of NFTs

When you purchase an NFT, you obtain ownership rights to the specific blockchain token associated with the NFT. Ownership of the NFT does not automatically transfer intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated by the creator.

Important: Purchasing an NFT generally grants ownership of the token, not ownership of the underlying artwork, trademarks, copyrights, or commercial rights.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.
  • You agree not to use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
  • You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying NFT authenticity before purchase.

4. Payments and Fees

All NFT purchases are processed through supported blockchain networks and cryptocurrency wallets. Platform fees, gas fees, and applicable transaction costs may apply.

Prices of NFTs may fluctuate based on market conditions, creator demand, and cryptocurrency volatility.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated by the creator, NFT purchases do not grant buyers the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the associated content.

6. Risk Disclosure

NFTs and blockchain assets involve significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Cryptocurrency volatility
  • Loss of wallet access
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Regulatory uncertainty
  • Cybersecurity threats

By participating in NFT transactions, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mintoryn shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or claims arising from NFT purchases, sales, wallet failures, or blockchain network issues.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for users who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the marketplace.

9. Changes to Agreement

Mintoryn reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
